About the Project

A live event only sells out if the page earns the registration before the visitor moves on.

Human AI Academy was running a high-impact in-person workshop on AI for professionals who wanted to go beyond theory and learn from practitioners. The format was premium. The audience was demanding. And the deadline for the landing page was 48 hours. There was no room for iteration, no time for multiple rounds of feedback, and no tolerance for a page that looked like it was built under pressure — because the event itself was positioned as anything but.

GG Studio executed the full GG Studio Methodology® in compressed sprint format. Discovery and briefing in hours, not days. Wireframe built around a single conversion goal: get the visitor to register before they scrolled to the bottom. Visual design sharp enough to signal the quality of the event, responsive enough to convert on mobile where most registrations happen. The page went live inside the 48-hour window — and became one of the fastest, most efficient deliveries in the studio's history in terms of signup-per-hour performance.

GG Studio Methodology®

With a 48-hour window, every stage of the GG Studio Methodology® had to run at maximum compression without sacrificing quality. Discovery was completed in a focused kickoff built around the event's core identity: who was attending, what they needed to believe to register, and what visual standard matched the event's premium positioning. Architecture was built as a single-objective scroll — one goal, one CTA, zero distractions. The UI was designed to feel animated and alive without adding weight to the page. Development in Framer allowed real-time adjustments and same-day deployment. The client walked away with a fully responsive, high-performance page that was live before most agencies would have finished the first briefing call.

Human AI Academy was bringing together serious professionals for an in-person AI workshop. The event had real value, real speakers, and a real audience that expected a premium experience at every touchpoint — including the registration page. Without a landing page that matched that standard, the event risked underperforming on registrations not because the content was weak, but because the first impression was not strong enough to convert skeptical visitors fast. In the live events space, hesitation kills registrations. The page had to move people from awareness to committed in a single scroll session.

GG Studio applied the GG Studio Methodology® in sprint format — compressing Discovery, Architecture, Design, and Development into a 48-hour execution window. The information architecture was structured around the registration decision: social proof and event credibility above the fold, agenda and speaker value in the middle, urgency and CTA closing the scroll. The visual design signaled premium without adding page weight. Built in Framer with full responsive behavior, the page converted on desktop and mobile from the moment it went live — and delivered one of the strongest signup-per-hour rates in the studio's event landing page history.

Building a high-conversion event landing page under a 48-hour deadline is not a design challenge. It is a prioritization challenge. Every decision — what goes above the fold, what gets cut, what gets animated — has to be made once, correctly, with no time to revisit.
