About the Project
Hubla did not need a website refresh. It needed infrastructure for the next chapter.
By the time Hubla engaged GG Studio, the company had already done something most startups do not: reached break-even. Y Combinator-backed, competing directly with Hotmart, Kiwify, and global payment platforms, and building a creator economy product for the most demanding entrepreneurs in the Brazilian digital market. The milestone changed the stakes entirely. The platform was already delivering — clients growing 79% in six months. The product was real. The site was not keeping up.
The marketing team had talent. What they lacked was infrastructure. No replicable design framework. No shared reference for what a Hubla page should look and feel like at this stage. Every new campaign started from scratch and produced inconsistent output. GG Studio came in and rebuilt the foundation. The engagement started with a full Discovery Workshop — bringing the entire marketing team into alignment before design began. AI was deployed at every stage: video production, image generation, and competitive benchmark research. The full website was built from zero in Framer with a modular design system engineered not just for this delivery, but for every page Hubla would need to ship after it.
What GG Studio left behind was not a website. It was a production standard. Hubla's internal team walked out of the engagement with the Framer skills, the design system, and the documented framework to replicate and evolve the work independently — competing visually with global platforms without bringing an agency back in for every update.

GG Studio Methodology®
The Discovery Workshop was the foundation everything else was built on. Before a single frame was designed, GG Studio brought the full Hubla marketing team into a structured session that aligned the team around one conversion thesis, one target buyer, and one visual standard for what a Hubla page needed to communicate at this competitive stage. The AI-driven benchmark mapped the entire competitive landscape — Hotmart, Kiwify, and global fintech players — identifying exactly where Hubla could differentiate visually and architecturally. Design System and UI were built as a modular replication framework from the start, not as a one-time deliverable. AI video and image production raised the visual standard to match the brand's new market positioning. At handoff, GG Studio ran a full team training — leaving Hubla with the skills, the system, and the autonomy to ship at this quality level permanently. The agency relationship ended. The capability stayed.

Most agencies said impossible. We said: let's go!
A break-even company with a site that had not kept up with the business.
Reaching break-even changed everything for Hubla. The site was no longer just a marketing asset — it was a trust signal for creators evaluating a major platform migration, a benchmark for investors and partners, and the front door to a company now competing with some of the most recognized names in the Latin American creator economy. The existing presence did not reflect where Hubla had arrived. The marketing team had no replicable framework to produce new pages at the quality level the brand now required. Every campaign started from scratch. Output was inconsistent. And the gap between the product's ambition and its digital presence was growing wider every quarter.
A site, a system, and a trained team — all delivered in one engagement.
GG Studio applied the full GG Studio Methodology® starting with a Discovery Workshop that aligned the marketing team before design began. AI was deployed throughout: video production, image generation, and a complete competitive benchmark. The full website was built from zero in Framer with a modular design system documented for replication. The team was fully trained to operate the system independently. Hubla left the engagement with a site that competes globally, a replicable production framework, and an internal team that no longer needs an agency to ship at the same quality level.

Project Challenges
Hubla arrived at a stage where the design bar is set by nine-figure companies. Competing visually with Hotmart, Kiwify, and global fintech platforms required a scope that went far beyond building a good-looking page. The real challenge was building a system that could sustain that quality level after GG Studio left the building.
Building a complete website from zero that held its own against global fintech platforms with significantly larger design teams
Running a Discovery Workshop to align a cross-functional marketing team around a single conversion thesis before design began
Producing AI-powered video and image assets at full production quality — not concept-level placeholders
Executing a full AI-driven competitive benchmark across Hotmart, Kiwify, and global players before architecture decisions were made
Designing a modular system replicable by an internal team with no prior Framer experience
Training the Hubla marketing team to produce, update, and ship independently at the quality standard GG Studio established
Most agencies deliver a site and send the invoice. GG Studio delivered a system and trained the team to run it.

Results
When the engagement closed, Hubla had more than a new website. The marketing team had a replicable production framework, the Framer skills to use it, and a visual standard that placed them in the same conversation as the global platforms they compete against. The Discovery Workshop became the shared reference point for every campaign the team shipped after it. The design system compounded in value every time a new page went live. And the site itself became exactly what the next stage of a break-even startup needed: a trust signal strong enough to make the platform's ambition credible on first load.

Wireframing
The architecture was reviewed with one specific visitor in mind: someone already aware of Montag Club who had not yet converted. The social proof hierarchy was restructured so that mentor credibility, brand impact numbers, and the 4.9 rating appeared before objections, not after. Urgency triggers were repositioned at the natural exit points of the page. The primary CTA was reinforced with enough context to eliminate friction without requiring additional copy.
