About the Project

Hubla did not need a website refresh. It needed infrastructure for the next chapter.

By the time Hubla engaged GG Studio, the company had already done something most startups do not: reached break-even. Y Combinator-backed, competing directly with Hotmart, Kiwify, and global payment platforms, and building a creator economy product for the most demanding entrepreneurs in the Brazilian digital market. The milestone changed the stakes entirely. The platform was already delivering — clients growing 79% in six months. The product was real. The site was not keeping up.

The marketing team had talent. What they lacked was infrastructure. No replicable design framework. No shared reference for what a Hubla page should look and feel like at this stage. Every new campaign started from scratch and produced inconsistent output. GG Studio came in and rebuilt the foundation. The engagement started with a full Discovery Workshop — bringing the entire marketing team into alignment before design began. AI was deployed at every stage: video production, image generation, and competitive benchmark research. The full website was built from zero in Framer with a modular design system engineered not just for this delivery, but for every page Hubla would need to ship after it.

What GG Studio left behind was not a website. It was a production standard. The Discovery Workshop was the foundation everything else was built on. Before a single frame was designed, GG Studio brought the full Hubla marketing team into a structured session that aligned the team around one conversion thesis, one target buyer, and one visual standard for what a Hubla page needed to communicate at this competitive stage. The AI-driven benchmark mapped the entire competitive landscape — Hotmart, Kiwify, and global fintech players — identifying exactly where Hubla could differentiate visually and architecturally. Design System and UI were built as a modular replication framework from the start, not as a one-time deliverable. AI video and image production raised the visual standard to match the brand's new market positioning. At handoff, GG Studio ran a full team training — leaving Hubla with the skills, the system, and the autonomy to ship at this quality level permanently. The agency relationship ended.
