GG Studio Methodology®

To achieve this transformation, we followed the structured GG Studio process — combining strategy, UX design, and technical implementation in a collaborative workflow.

We started with a discovery and planning phase, reviewing the existing website structure and defining a clearer navigation architecture focused on usability and conversion.

Next, we developed strategic wireframes, mapping the information hierarchy and structuring each page to guide users naturally through the experience.

With the structure defined, we moved into UI design, creating a modern interface with refined visual hierarchy and subtle motion interactions. Each section was crafted to create rhythm, clarity, and moments of surprise — producing a memorable “wow-effect” throughout the browsing experience.

Finally, we implemented the project directly in Framer, integrating advanced components, a dynamic CMS, and a robust multilingual system. Throughout the process, weekly check-ins ensured continuous alignment between teams.

Project Challenges

Before the project began, the main challenge was balancing three key elements: a striking visual experience, operational autonomy for the internal team, and a scalable structure ready for international growth.

Pollen needed a platform where content updates could be managed easily without depending on developers. At the same time, the design had to reinforce the brand’s credibility while supporting multiple languages and a growing content structure.

Another critical objective was improving the overall user experience — creating a website that feels modern, fluid, and engaging from the first interaction to the final scroll.

Results

The new Pollen website represents more than a visual redesign — it’s a structural upgrade of the brand’s digital presence.

Performance improvements and a lightweight interface now provide a smoother browsing experience, helping visitors navigate the content effortlessly and stay engaged longer.

A major gain was the operational autonomy delivered to the internal team. With the dynamic CMS and multilingual architecture, Pollen can now update content, publish new materials, and expand internationally without friction.

To ensure a seamless handover, GG Studio also provided personalized video training and conducted a rigorous QA process to guarantee every component functioned flawlessly after launch.

The final result is a modern, scalable digital platform designed to support Pollen’s growth for years to come.
